    Hello, I bought a used car from this dealership back in may of this years 2023! I had a problem that the car was overheating in June I took it to get seen there again and I got paperwork saying that it was in need of coolant. Here comes ending of august and the car had a check engine light on. I took it back to the dealership and they told me that didn’t couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with the car and why the check engine light was on I asked for paper working and they refuse to give me any paper work. I needed the paper work as I needed to know how the determine that they couldn’t diagnostic it the second time around but no paper was giving and the car was giving back to me with no check engine light on. So I’m my troubles to figure out why the check engine light was off when they told me they couldn’t figure it out. I called the used car manager at Piazza Honda and I explained to him what was happening and he told me there was nothing on file that my car was seen that day. There’s nothing on file for that day on the car. So he advices me to go get it check at ****** ** ****. And I did nothing was wrong with the car as there was no check engine light on at all anymore . So here comes to two days ago “ November 6” and my check engine light it’s back on. Also I’ve told them the car makes a sound when it speeds up and they have ignored it. now my limited 6 month warranty on the car it expired ! When I have been going back and fourth with them for months about the car

    Our records indicate that we could not duplicate an abnormal condition and that you went directly to **** to have the vehicle looked at and they also conformed they could not duplicate an abnormal condition.  I have our Service Manager reach out to you on 12-18 and confirm that the problem still has yet to occur.  In addition you did purchase an extended powertrain warranty that is in effect for 3 years or 36,000 miles from the time of purchase in May.  You have coverage.  Should you have any additional concerns in the future please feel free to reach out to me directly.

    I bought a used 2019 Honda ******** *****. The tires were less than 50% when I bought the car so there when I bought the car I had them put on new tires I was required to pay for even though legally that car should have been new tires already on it. Called them someone slashed my tire, they said yepp its covered under roadside warranty 8 days come and go they never ordered a tire. **** said he would look into it. *****, had the GALL TO CALL ME. Laugh, and say you were mis informed we would never cover that and said we could only get an 800 Bentley tire for your car, and We ARE NOT PYAING for that. I told her if your staff there isnt trained when they sold it. Again, when it needs service now it's a no? You pushed all these ******** warranties on me and wont honor one. I have also been waiting for headlight lens that fill up with water like a fish tank that was over 90 days ago. Now they said its 1500 we would never cover that. Totallly over the unprofessionalism. ********* hung up on me. I have called 2x a day every day and my husband has called and they stated no record of the call. They will replace the tire and they will order the lens. Im over the scams they pull. Frankly I think they should have the franchise license pulled.

    Firstly the customer declined the option to purchase road hazard warranty when they purchased the vehicle, we have signed documentation of what was waived.  Additionally, a vandalized tire is not covered under a road hazard warranty.  If the customer would like coverage on the tire I would advise contacting the homeowners or actual car insurance company for assistance.

    I bought the Honda and they knowingly did not disclose that it had an oil issue from a recall. It was only ever serviced there. Now that I’m almost at the end of my payments and they said they would give me a good faith payment to cover 50% of the repairs. They caused another issue when I had it serviced and the dip stick wasn’t in and the oil leaked out. They are not helpful and I called corporate and they were not any hep either.

    Good morning, I am in receipt of the clients concern.  The concern in question was disclosed to the customer and was addressed on August 3, 2011.  There was a campaign for additional coverage on this vehicle from the manufacturer, the car was inspected and completed on 8-3-2011.  The campaign for oil consumption expired 1-27-2018.  In an effort to provide some goodwill assistance even though the coverage had been expired for 5 years the customer was offered help.  At this time we have provided and performed more than required.  The customer was offered the opportunity to trade the vehicle in for something newer with coverage as this may be the best cost effective alternative.  We are awaiting his visit to discuss options.
