      On 8/26/24 I took my vehicle in to get speeds 1 2 and 3 fixed for my fan(motor blower resistor) on the *** From the time it left the shop all speeds that I requested to have fixed never did work correctly. After two weeks I called Masano for a refund which they would not give me. They insisted I bring the vehicle back in, but I ********** a side note on 8/25/24 I used a gauge to check the ** pressure, and it was okay and filled. I have done this every two weeks for the last three years. The compressor was working fine as well. When I left the shop after the repair on 8/26/24 I checked the ** and the gauge hit warning, and the compressor was not turning on.

      i was overcharged for tires and would like the correct tires on my vehicle ...sale rep stated that ******** does not make an all season tire ...called a few other stores that sell tires and they said that there are all season tires available.

      I paid *** Masano  over ******* for two tires that were summer tires when i went there in October requesting tires for my safety .. I was never educated by any of there service team on my options of tires at all .  The tires they put on I was almost in a major accident due the inclement weather conditions in the winter season .. Then in February I went to another tire company and they put 4 new tires for my vehicle that i could drive safely since I am a traveling nurse from pa to ***. I came out of pocket another *******. Because of the error Masano made and lack of caring and service i spent ******* for tires in 4 months  because i need tires in order to be able to complete my occupation on a daily basis .
