  on Jun 10th, 2022, ******************************* CEO of "Get House Ready" was adverting her new business on ********** that's when I first came across the business and at that time, I was looking to work on my credit score, and she told me she will help me get my credit 80points up in 90 days. she told me the cost to repair my credit will be $1199 but since i was her foster child before and she understand that i am try to do for me and my son she will charge me $699.00. the down payment was $300 which i paid her the same day. then the $399 i made that payment four months later because i losses my job. Two months before I inquired about fixing my credit I also signed up for "Self" credit building which is supposed to be a positive active on my credit score. after 6 months with "get House Ready" they have informed me Archive and ******** (they were my manager and the people who was sending out the disputes) that they have sensed out multiped dispute and I should hear something via after 6months and haven't heard anything from the three-credit bureau I texted Achieve and ******** about the process, at first, they told me that my score wasn't high enough and I will need to work on it more before they could offer assistance for "down payment." assistance. so, I decided to wait until my score come up more and the meanwhile, I lowered my credit utilization and for serval weeks they never once responded to my messages. so, I finally decided I should contact ****** and she decided to set a meeting via "****" to get the team to review my score so we could protentional moving forward. the meeting was set for 02/23/2023 for 1pm (which ****** never showed up for) which made me a little concerning because for months now they have been telling me thy will delete negative inquired and all the collection but yet never once received anything confirming this nor denying it. so, when ****** called me around 2pm and at that time I was heading to my son passport appointment so unfortunately, I couldn't speak and instead of her apologizing about not being able to show up she was telling me her workers told her I was upset and so on and so forth which I kindly told her I should call her back after the appointment. the following day i asked ****** about getting a refund which she agreed to and later on blocked me on every platform including the get house ready page and ******** where I was friends with her and the business page. after she agreed to give me the funds back because for months I feel like I been getting the run around and I am the only one whom seem to care about my credit and I defiently do not want anyone working on my credit if they feel like i was being rude to then (which I wasn't) i was dissatisfied because what she promised isn't what I was getting and this is the fifth time they told me one thing and they don't delivered. i rather just look for someone who will truly assist me because i am trying to buy a house before my 29th birthday for me and my 2 years old son and for ****** to be my (****** mom) from when i was a little girl i thought she would understand and give me the money back which was $699 plus ***** monthly that i spent for her to fix my credit and this been going on since June 2022 to now and i wasn't asking for ********** just the $699 that she charged and now she have blocked me and refuse to speak to me and told me via email that i should contact her lawyer which she never provided that information.
