To be clear, I am not a customer of **********************. I used to work there and here is my honest review of them and the work that they do. Throughout my time there I brought in a lot of roofs for them. At first, everything was fine but, as I brought in more and more business the cracks began to show. Workmanship on some jobs was outright horrible and on top of that you have an owner that will promise something and never follow through. If you have a problem, good luck getting a resolution from them. In the end, I left the company and he has yet to pay the money that he owes me and I don't like I'll ever see it. Be very aware of who you are dealing with when having this company do any work on your home.

This commitment is evident in our many satisfied customers and the reputation we have worked diligently to build over the years. This former employee was given significant opportunities during his time with our company but unfortunately failed to meet the expectations outlined in his employment contract. Upon reviewing our company records after his departure, we found that he worked an average of 18 hours per weekfar below the required 50-hour workweekwhile also working for another company during his tenure. This clear breach of contract coincided with an 80% decrease in his sales performance compared to the previous year. Additionally, his attitude and lack of initiative in generating leads independently were ongoing challenges.The claims about our workmanship and business practices are false and do not reflect the experiences of the homeowners we have served for years. We stand behind every project we complete, offering warranties and resolutions to ensure our customers satisfaction. Any isolated issues that arise are addressed promptly and ***************** for the claim regarding unpaid wages, this is unfounded. All compensation owed to this individual was paid in full per the terms of his employment agreement. If he believes otherwise, we encourage him to provide documentation and address the matter through the appropriate channels.We remain focused on providing quality service to our community and upholding our reputation as a trusted, family-owned company. Wanted to let you know that our new roof was installed today! **** was present at the completion of the project and assisted us in a turn key operation. He facilitated all matters with our insurance company in what could have been very nerve-wracking situation had we done it ourselves. We are greatful that he originally pointed out the hail damage on our roof, soffit and siding! The Helping Company is truly a peace of mind! Thank you all again!The Helping Company LLC

5 starsAfter finding out that The Helping Company was able to assist in the insurance portion of my storm damage claim to my property, I decided to choose them, not only for their local reputation, but the professionalism from start to finish of the project. The entire staff was great to deal with, and they made sure to explain the insurance process step-by-step (as i am not very familiar with anything other than my policy deductible). After The Helping Company came to look at my property for the first time the documented and photographed damage that they found they proceeded help me open the claim right on the phone which made the experience much more comfortable . They also met with my insurance company to make sure the insurance adjuster was seeing the same damage that was found on The Helping Co’s initial inspection. After less than a week, we received a check and letter in the mail, stating that we were had been approved for on the roof as well as siding on the entire home. I could not be more happy with the outcome. Within a few weeks of the approval from the insurance, my siding and roofing project was complete. I would recommend The Helping Company to everyone, the comfort of having another certified professional on my side while dealing with my insurance made for a great experience. Thank to you everyone that took part in my project, I feel like I have a brand new home every time i arrive home!
