    I purchased items on Sept. 18th. The items were sent to an incorrect address of no fault of my own. The correct address is listed on my invoice. I called customer service and was told the items I purchased would not get to me in time if they were reshipped. I immediately asked for a refund as I had originally paid additional to have the items shipped within 3 days. I was told I had to wait until someone at Omni Cheer heard from the warehouse. Someone was supposed to call me and never did. Now today, 10 days later, I receive a package with the items at my doorstep after already expressing that I wanted a refund and did not need them anymore. I called customer service again. And am now being told I’m being inconvenienced a THIRD time by having to pay to ship the items BACK that I said I didn't want in the first place!!! And I still have no refund for the original order or express three days shipping. All I have is another escalation that takes 3-5 business days. Yet another inconvenience. This is not how customers should be treated.

    I am submitting this file due to placing an order for cheer uniforms in July with the understanding that a few sizes were on backorder. The sales representative had looked up the shipping and said they were to get a shipment in mid August. I went ahead and placed the order with customization under the impression I would receive them by the first week of September. No update came and when calling was told that they were still waiting on two sizes that should be in around September 16th. Called back to see if that was correct and they proceeded to inform me that customization wouldn't start until all items were received which extends the wait another 6 weeks. Our season ends at the end of October so the girls would not even be able to use the uniforms by that time. The representative said she may be able to stop customization since it had not started yet so that we could receive the tops sooner and pursue ohr own custimization later. I emailed her stating I wanted customization stopped and the tops they have sent on. Her supervisor declined the request. We suggested returning the parts of the order we had received and was told we could not due to it being over 30 days. Asked if we could switch to a top that was in stock. They declined that request. So they currently have items we paid for and will not send them to us, refund us, or let us exchange them for a product they do have. Instead they have left 23 cheerleaders without uniforms that parents paid good money for and won't even be able to use them. Now our program is going to have to foot the bill of $3,600.00. This is entirely unacceptable business practice being they are refusing to refund us for a service that has not been provided.

    The company never notified me but magically was able to get the tops in and customized in a week from the time the complaint was sent to them. We now have them. They had originally said it was no way they could do it in less than 6 weeks which would be the end of October. Thank you for your help.

    I purchased a brand new pair of cheer shoes that arrived in January. They were worn by my tiny level one cheerleader (to sum that up thats a cheerleader who is young and is doing the most basic cheer skills). Within 90 days both shoes had significant tearing to them. They were never worn outside (I could easily prove that by the bottoms of them) and they were never worn to perform any skills that could damage shoes because of the elite nature. She isnt even a flyer so there is no chance of pulling etc on them. This is the 3rd pair of this same shoe we have owned and this pair is clearly defective and the company refused to make any effort to make it right. Shoes that expensive should last longer than 3 months!

    I bought cheerleading skirts for my daughter. I returned two of them properly with an RA and to the address with tracking. They were received on October 22, 2022. I have emailed several times for a refund. They keep saying its coming we mailed it this was well over two months ago. I continue to email with no resolution. They wont send me my refund!

    Placed two orders on Oct 13th, was given a six week window. Were told they had all things in stock except one item and nothing would be done until the one item was gotten. Now we are told they have no items in stock and no real idea when they will get it. Also told that once they do get it we have a 4-5 week window after it. Customer service points to a terms and conditions that even mentions six weeks in it. Just want our money back at this point. Order ******* and *******

    I've done business with the company about 4 or 5 years ago with no issues, so I decided to return to the company to purchase my cheer teams accessories. I chose to do a team store to allow parents to order individually and have the availability to use a credit card. Customer service with setting up the store was adequate. However once orders are placed the customer service has been very inadequate. During football season, we did not receive orders when promised and could not reach anyone in customer service or was told would get a call back and nothing. The return process was also not helpful, people had to wait weeks for refunds. Items were cancelled or out of stock, but no communication was made. Although the store rep does respond to inquiries, due to her being the middle person, the response time can go days at times. Although I was my intent not to use this company again, I had to maintain consistency with basketball season for accessories, so I had no choice. I find myself in the same situation. Some people have received partial items and some have not received anything. Parents are not able to contact anyone in customer service. As the cheer coach this falls back on me, and I have no information to give, because communication with me is lagging.

    I ordered 2 pair of cheer sneakers. I ordered wrong sizes and realized it right away. I received a return code from Omni to return them. I paid my own money to return the sneakers right away. They received them and then told me the were not returnable. The return code was good until 8/24/2022 and I returned them on 8/12/22. However, this company does not give a return code unless the items are returnable. They will not respond to multiple emails I have made to them since August. The order number was *******. It was for the following 2 sneakers: ITEM #: ***** Size: 8Y *** ***** ****** Shoe Size: 10Y Price: $24.99 each Also, they ask for a review of their services and I wrote one. They sent back that they can not post that? So they will only post positive reviews? I just want the $50 back for the sneakers that they sent me a return code for. Thank you for your help.

    I ordered six custom pom-poms metallic gold. I received defective pom-poms. They will not refund the $178 because they said their third-party company stands by the product. I sent them pictures and videos of the pom poms. They cannot be fluffed or used as pom-poms.

    We have been using omni cheerleading for years. We are a non profit pop warner team that has loved omni cheer up until the past spring. When wanting to order uniforms through omni cheer they told me they would not help us due to us not being a all star team. They were very rude and once I spoke to a manager they told me that they would be sending us some free items to make up for this. We never received them. last month we decided to give them one more chance and placed warm up order as well. The pants never went through and the jackets we still don’t have even though we were told we would have the by September 23rd.

    Placed an order. The order was on back order so we canceled it. They have not refunded the money back to us. We keep calling them and they keep saying that they are still processing the return.
