    Ordered an item they sent me the wrong thing. I sent them an email. asking them to send me the correct item.. I never asked for a refund. I told them decent customer service would be to let me keep the item and to send the correct one. They told me the correct item was more money. I told them I didn't care the least they should do with me and news. Everyone and let me keep the old one instead. They did a refund without asking me. And never set me a new item, do not shop at this place

    Horrible - do not shop here! I ordered a pipe to be sent to a friend, and she never received it. The merchant has only AI Customer Service - no people or chat - and wouldn’t address either a refund or resending the pipe. They don’t even answer most emails. Not BBB Accredited for excellent reasons. Appalling!
