    I purchased a product advertised by N&DSN on 6/21/24 that was advertised as Zetox that is retailed on their site $51.95. After signing up for email updates & searching for other coupons, I paid $46.56 after tax & shipping cost. Upon receiving my purchase on 6/25/24, the name on the product that I received said Zeo-aid. This startled and confused me as a consumer. The product came without: further information, (that could & should include potential side effects) physical receipt of purchase, return address or thank you note. Upon further research I found the original distributors of Zeo-ade. The original distribtutors, ***************** Cannabis, is retailing the same exact product at $25.99. I reached out to this company to discover that they are very familiar with N&DSN because they sell this same product to them. the Gentlemen advised that the original name Zetox could not be legally distributed; but they could continue retailing under the Zeo-ade name. N&DSN is purposely advertising under the name Zetox as an exclusive product to their company in order to double the price & deceive their customer base. After contacting ********** they stated that they will reach out to N&DSN and inform them that they must update their ************************** as of 7/4 (the date of filing this complaint) N&DSN is still advertising Zetox, a named product that does not exist on their shopping network.

    I ordered Zotox and received Zeo-Aide from Night and Day Network. Tried it out from June 28th to June 30 2024 and it had a negative effect on my body. I was sick from using Zeo-Aide product after Night and ********* or Shopping Network website offered Zetox. They explained their product to me several times and I was adamant because I suffer from celiac disease and oral allergy syndrome. Their business site has false advertising because I was given the wrong product, overall. I received a different look of what the seller states is the same product they claimed to sale. Ive found the manufacturer information and after a quick conversation with them I learned the small business is selling a different product than advertised and ******** is priced much cheaper online than on their site. The gentleman at the manufacturer office states the product has hopes of using Zeolite as its trademark in the future from my understanding. Nevertheless, I took this product after 3 days I was in pain and sick he refused to return my product. My stomach burned and chest too severely. I began vomiting so on the 3rd day I stopped. I developed a cough a day after taking it. Since being off this product for 3 days I still have some chest pain and gassy with burps. I did purchase CBD PRODUCTS before receiving my first order of ZeoAide and they arrived yesterday July 2nd sent them back today July 3rd. Thanks.

    On June 6, 2024 I placed an order for Zeolite. On June 13, 2024 I received Zeo Aid. I paid $48.64. I suffer from sinus infections and the company stated that Zeolite is an organic drug that detoxify the body without using toxic chemicals. I was hoping that the medicine would get rid of my excess mucus. The medicine did not work for me. It made me vomit and I had cramps in my stomach. I couldn't eat for 3 days. I saw their advertisement on their ******* Channel entitled Night and ***************

    I purchased a supplement product from Night and Day Shopping Network. The advertisement they run on their ******* channel advertises a product named Ze Tox which is supposed to be a natural mineral Zeolite. I ordered it and when it came in the mail it came in a brown bag that was stapled and was not in a box nor did it have a CMI attached to the bottle or an expiration date. I also noticed I was having extreme heartburn, headache & an allergic reaction in my eyes. After about 6 days of taking the product I noticed the product I received was ZEO-AID not ZE TOX! I also found out ZEO-AID IS NOT *** APPROVED, so I sent an email to **************************** & explained the situation and they refused to refund me my money. They also stated in an email that the type of Zeolite they supply CANNOT cause allergic reactions, which is absolutely ridiculous & quite dangerous! I also reached out to the manufacturer of ZEO-AID and I recorded the *********** said ZE TOX was not able to be trademarked & **************************** were not supposed to be running that advertisement. I then told him I was sure the reason why they didnt change the name to ZEO-AID was because the actual manufacturer/them was selling it for $25.99 & **************************** was selling it for $55! Numerous people have had the same adverse reactions to this product, severe heartburn, headache, & vomiting.
