    I would rate this company zero stars if possible. They charged me $1000 for an auto-renewal policy and claimed to have sent multiple warning emails, all of which ended up in my junk folder. I reached out several times for a refund, but they informed me that their policy does not allow refunds. In the end, I received $400 back and access to the software for a year, which I haven't used at all. Terrible company with terrible customer service.

    Charged me $348 on an auto-renew plan. When I contacted them ON THE RENWAL DATE. They said it was too late and that their plans are non-refundable. Extremely shady business practice. Avoid them and use another service.
