After 40 years of having water leak into our basement, we decided to finally do something about it. Lon was the person who came to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The team of workers were on time for the scheduled date and finished our basement job in a day. We are pleased with the work done. Our basement has been dry and water free even though we have had some very bad rainstorms. It has made a big difference in our home. We would recommend them to anyone!

5 starsOur basement walls are made of field stone and had lost a lot of the mortar. Lon explained our options and we chose to have the walls repairs, sealed with a vapor barrier and concrete applied. The workers kept the work route clean and made sure it was neat at the end of each day. They were polite and did a great job!Review fromJohn P

5 starsA fantastic company! We had Lon from 58 Foundations to our home and he did the most through inspection - more detailed than our real estate home inspection! He's a real professional and shared with us exactly what he was looking at and where water was coming into our basement. He promised the industry's best crew would perform the work, and he certainly delivered! The work took only three days and now we have a dry basement and no longer have to worry every time it rains. I highly recommend 58 Foundations.
