      I have an RV that I purchased from Stoltzfous Rv In ************* in late 2020, a 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express 326 BHDS. I have it at a campground not far from this dealership which I use seasonly. Ever since I had it and I return for the summer season I have had an issue with the water pump leaking. I arrived here on June 3rd,i hooked the rv up the water etc. and sure enough the water pump is leaking. I have a pail to collect the water ,which I must dump daily. I called the dealership on June 4th and someone was sent out the following day and was told the water pump is bad, and needs to be replaced. As of today June 21st I have not heard a word from anyone, except when I called two times last week and this week. I spoke with the service manage, whom got very arrogant with me, and another employee who asked me if I still wanted the water pump in the *** I at this point am very disappointed with this dealership. Their communication is very poor. What am I supposed to do keep a water bucket under an apparent defective part forever. I would think a dealership would back the products they sell but apparently not. Maybe You would be of some assistance and let me know the best course of action to take.       Our technician went out the day after they called telling us they had a problem with the water pump.  It was determined that the pump needed to be replaced.  The technician had a planned vacation the next day.  When he came back to work he went out and replaced the water pump.  He was the only person we had to replace the pump at that time.  The reason he keeps having problems each year with his water pump is that he winterizes the unit himself and he doesn't get all the water out of the pump so it freezes and causes the pump to leak.

      I purchased a brand new travel trailer in May 2021 from Stoltzfus RV of ********* ** for approximately $29K. Since day 1, we have had nothing but issues with the quality of this camper. Slices in the flooring, delamination on the front nose of the camper, trim molding falling off, blinds not working, and the kitchen sink falling through the opening just to name a few issues. ****** ***** ************* was contacted directly and I spoke to *********************, she agreed to extend our warranty and told us to take the unit to Stoltzfus RV of Adamstown where it was purchased to have them complete the warranty repairs. This was all approved on August 9th, 2022. The first time it was dropped back off to the dealership, some of these issues were not fixed such as the blinds and the piston for the bunk beds to flip up and down. Most recently it was dropped off in November 2022 to have the majority of the repairs completed. I have dealt with ***********************************, the Service Manager the entire time at Stoltzfus RV. My camper has been with Stoltzfus RV this entire time, to find out yesterday that there was another piece of delamination noted on the nose of the camper, that was a new issue. That is false, from my August 9th, 2022 email, it was documented that there were two spots of delamination on the nose of the camper. Only one got fixed. ****** states that this was a new issue, which is also false because the photos that were taken on August 9th, 2022 were attached to the email proving such. ****** was negligent in the repairs of my camper. Now, that I have found a replacement camper, I was able to negotiate a full trade in value on my current camper to have it completely paid off. But now, due to the negligence of ****** and Stoltzfus RV, my camper is still not fixed all these months later. I refuse to pay the $6,600 difference between the wholesale price of my camper to the payoff amount due to Stoltzfus RV not being able to do their jobs.

      Dear ******* *******:

      In response to your letter concerning **** ******** **** ***** ******** travel trailer that he purchased from us on */**/**.

      The quality of the camper has nothing to do with us. We don't build them.

      Mr. ******* brought his unit in to us in ******* *****. He had a list of repairs that he wanted fixed under manufacture warranty. One of the items was clear coating damage on the front of the unit. We repaired some of the items he told us about except the clear coating as we had to order metal from the manufacture.

      He picked up his unit in early ********* so he could use it. He dropped the unit off again in ****** and we completed the work including replacing the top piece of metal on ******* * ****.

      We also had a shelf insert order that we received on ******** ** to go over it to see that all the items were repaired. It was then that we discovered another spot of chipped paint below the area we had replaced. We ordered the metal immediately so we can replace it. The customer could have picked up his unit to use while the second piece of metal was on order.

      As of today ******* ** **** we were told that the metal has shipped. Once the metal is received we will have his unit completed by Friday ******** **.
