  problem started 2014 continuing now it was brought to the company attention by ags office sept 2022 twice.
  they have never performed a safety check on my tank. when i called to request a pre winter fill up, a man yelled at me that hedid not due pre winter fill up,would not come in winter and not unless i was at 20%. i ran out in winter because my road was not accessible to them. i had to use space heaters. my house was cold. when my road cleared, i called 3 times. noone answered the phone or returned my calls.after i left a nasty call,they filled the tank. they filled it at 100%instead of safe 85%. my tank could have exploded. after many calls i got another fill up. when i questioned the drives about filling it at 100%they denied it saying they never fill at 100%. since i was afraid of running out of gas in the winter again,it was suggested i put elec heat in downstairs and use propane for upstairs in really cold weather.alsp i can use it when elec goes out.since i wasnt at 20% i was waiting to call for fear of being yelled at again. in the fall of 2021 heather from provanta called & asked me about a winter fill up.when iquestioned her about it she said they have always done it. i told her what happened. she promised to send truck that week,\. noone came. 3 more times she called and we repeated the process. when no one showed, i finaaly called. she promised me a truck on thurs. noone ever came. in july of 2022 when i received the bill for my tank rental,i wrote on it i refused to pay for a tank i could not get filled up.bev called and without asking me why said we told you we would not come in the winter. i told her what happened. she looked up my records and said there was no record of any of it!we made a deal if she sent me a letter saying i would get a fill up i would pay tank rental.i received the letter,paid the rental fee. to this date noone has shown up. in sept of 2022 i received a letter saying since i no longer am using my tank they were taking it. i called and they would not change their minds. i have 60% gas in a 500 gallon tank. they said they would pay me what i pd for it(i dont beleive i will ever see the pmt).they will sell it to someone else at todays prices making a profit. i will have to pay another co. at todays prices. i will loose a lot of money.i also will have to pay furnace man to disconnect and reconnect my furnace. the tank sank in the mud coming in and will going out. i will have to pay to have the yard repaired. they make money, I loose money i dont have. i am a widowed, retired senior citizen! This is cheating people! When they told my daughter taking her tank, she said come and get it. instead they started billing her and demanding she pay for it! there needs to be an impartial investigation into this company! everybody talks to them, they lie and they are believed. I never get to tell my side! please talk to past and current customers. i can not be the only one being cheated. The company is provanta renfrew pa. thank you very much.

  This woman has filed several complaints about Provanta, two with the PA Attorney General's Office, one with an attorney at a legal help services, and we have responded to every one of them.  Her complaints have been heard and there is nothing left to be done.  We will not continue to do business with her, and we intend to remove our equipment in the spring or summer.  We have been in business almost 90 years.  We do not cheat customers and never have.  She will get a full refund of any gas she has paid for that is left in our tank when we pick it up.
