    Poorly made upper denture made by Dentist. Cracked down the middle of plateTried to get her to make a better product, etc. Filed with ***** Dental and was denied. Our new Dentist has fixed numerous times, meshed, glued several broken teeth, etc. Now having to pay $2000 for a new denture after initial payment. Only covered to replace every five years. Dentist never accepted responsibility nor tried to make good on faulty product. New Dentist has been handling my care for past year or so. His office has all of the repairs documented along with my charges.

    Due the nature of HIPPA rules and patient privacy, We are not able to discuss any patients situation directly. However, as with any healthcare professional, our office takes tremendous strides to provide excellent dental treatments to all of our patients, although every situation is a different scenario; the outcomes can not always be the most satisfying for everyone. We want all patients to have a positive experience with our practice, but I know this is not always possible and wish each patient that chooses to seek another provider the best of luck.
