    The garbage was suspended for a long time and we were still charged for it . Calls were made to resolve the issue. It was very difficult to get a person and they have an attitude against the customer right off the bat, hate having to deal with them. Money was sent for a quarter and at first it was collected but by the second month what was set out was not taken. So, three months paid for with only one month of service. Service suspended again right away, as soon as they refused to take trash. New bill came and they still insist we owe for an extra quarter yet they did not apply any of the payment for services not rendered to it. They have an attitude that we owe them all this money but we are just trying to act in good faith. They are bullying and adding penalties, ugh, dreadful to deal with. They are over charging by 5 months. Looks like they upgraded their system but they had a weird policy of keeping you in their records by charging when you suspend. They actually lost a payment when it was taped to the inside of the recycle lid. That was resent. The desire is to make the current payment for Jun July August ( let that bring the account to paid in full) get the service and move forward from that.

    I made the complaint preemptively based on past experience before contacting them. I called after and they were super sweet. I think every thing is okay
