    Zero stars. This is a scam business. Stole $2,397.50 from my family on September 21st, 2023, a debit card transaction by phone, for an engine we wanted to buy for my husband's business. They wrote to us on a weekly basis and called us assuring they would send us the engine, then on December 1st when we called and wrote demanding 100% refund and cancellation of the order, their phones were shut off and they did not respond until December 3rd, and said they would refund all except a "restocking fee" for an item that never shipped! Violated their own invoice, never shipped the product, stealing money from people left and right, and nobody's doing anything about it. Not even a real business. Multiple locations across the US, I've reported to the FTC and FBI, all appropriate attorney general offices. Run away quick, this is a network of thieves. An "agent" called and threatened to "freeze my account" on December 20th unless I remove the BBB disputes. Ha! What a bunch of criminals. Still can find their website online through all the search engines despite numerous others they've stolen from like us. I'd like to know who the registered agent for this piece of work and see them behind bars.

    On July 14, 2023 at 9:14 AM I contacted the seller of this engine that I had ordered after we had our discussion it was a 7.3 L out of eight F250 truck. I have the description in detail it read. make name: **** Model name: truck-***** *********(1999 up) Make year:2000 Part: engine assembly Discription:7.3L(vin F,8th digit diesel) low emission Miles:84,729 Price: $3,300 Excellent condition 100% tested inspected and inspected free shipping to any business address my friend and I ****** ***** decided to call them and find out a little information about it and see if I could purchase it, I asked what their warranty was, and I asked him a bunch of questions about the existing engine that they had for sale. I ended up purchasing it with my friends credit card and they said they would have it to us in 4 to 10 days. Then I got a phone call from another place with a different guy saying we just getting to pull the motor and I will keep you informed on how its progress is going. One week goes by and I finally decide to call them and they said oh well it’s going to our mechanic who is going to do a pro compression test and inspect the engine for problems. I’ll save all the details for now when the engine arrived, it was very dirty the dipstick contained a bunch of metal shavings and there was a hole in the oil pan that somebody tried to weld shit it wouldn’t hold oil I have pictures of this engine that showed up and it was also out of a 99 model truck and it definitely had more than 84,000 on it. I have been in the automotive business for my whole entire life. I am in my 50s and I’ve never seen service of this sort and unprofessional results such as this I just want what I paid for and I wouldn’t like to have it soon because that is the correct way to do business, I can provide proof of everything I’m saying and pictures all the way from the beginning to the end. I can only send a little bit, but I do have proof of everything Thank you for your help. I appreciate your service.
