    PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!I contracted with **** to do finish work on my garage prior to having my garage floor and storage done. He was hired to do mud work on the walls, sand and paint as my garage was unfinished due to my home being new. Upon meeting, **** was polite and explained what the job would entail. He provided a quote, which I agreed to. He also explained that the job would take about 5 days to complete. He started on Monday, February 3, 2025 and the expectation was to have him complete the job by Friday, February 7, 2025. Today I'm writing this review, Wednesday, February 19, 2025 and he has completed (not to my satisfaction) the job. During the course of the 2 1/2 weeks, he cancelled/rescheduled on me four times for various reasons. I explained to him in the beginning that I was going to have my floor and storage done and the expectation was for him to be done ahead of this. The job (paint) was done sloppy and the coverage was less than adequate. He used a paint sprayer. You could see many areas that were not covered and inconsistent. He came back today, February 19th, and did a second coat using a paint roller. While the job looked considerably better, I still was not completely satisfied. I called him as he had left when I noticed additional areas that were inadequate plus I wanted the remainder of the paint (which I had purchased as part of the contract) in case of touch **** He wanted to come tomorrow when the workers would be here starting the floor and I told him I didn't want that and wanted him to come today. He refused stating that he was on another job and said he would come early before the floor was to be done. He later texted saying he was not coming and that as far as he was concerned, the job was done. I told him I felt it was not and he then threatened me that anything further would be going through his attorney and that I would not be getting the paint I paid for. I do not recommend him and would never use him again.
