Does not even deserve 1/10th of a star. Corrupt board members and maintenance supervisor. The maintenance supervisor *P+++ L++++* (former police officer that got forced off the force) has a very severe attitude problem and loses his temper very easily! Bases any repairs needed in a unit by how he feels about the tenant. If he doesn't like you he will refuse to do the work. He blatantly acts like he's still a cop in the community and tells the paying residents who they can have there and what they can do then if they stand up to him he threatens them with eviction and calls the real cops on them. Very disrespectful to others that work there, calls them derogatory names and makes crude comments about the person they are in a relationship with and tries to bait them into hitting him. He's a thief and a liar as well as his Sister A++++ whome is the president of the board. She bends the rules to suit her and her brother, does not follow protocol of the bylaws and tries to make her own decisions without involving the other board members and she discloses personal information to the other residents in an attempt to make them not like the employees. She also has been seen looking into others windows. She as well as P+++ likes to start trouble then call the cops and act like a victim. Both of those people are very unprofessional and they are making an already run down community look scummy and trashy. They also refuse to put any money into the units that need serviced. Take my advice COMPLETELY AVOID LACOCK DWELLINGS AT ALL COSTS... Employment and residence. Not worth the headaches. They will continue to go downhill with those two on the board... Complete Garbage!!!!!!!
