    I set up an appointment with his company twice and they ghosted me on both occasions. I only called back a second time to make sure it wasn't a mistake or that I missed them. I talked to a girl the second time who told me if I talked to one of the guys, which I did the first time, that I probably didn't really get put on the schedule so I decided to give them a second chance and got ghosted again.

    I am sorry we were unable to work out a time that worked with you. We had an original time to come out between 1 and 5 on June 27 to give you an estimate. We tried calling that afternoon to make sure someone was going to be around before we come over. We did not get an answer so we left a message to call us back. We then tried calling the next day when we had another opening to see if someone was going to be around and nobody answered. We always call before we go to a customer's home to make sure someone is going to be there. If there is no answer we wait a short period of time for a call back and then move onto the next customer. We understand sometimes things can come up or change for our customers and we do our best to accommodate.
