    This company did business with me for local advertising. Despite promises of payment, they are now over 90 days overdue, will not return my calls, emails, or texts. It is unfortunate that this business treats another local business this way. I want to warn any and all customers of ********************** that if this is the way they treat me, I wonder how they treat their customers. I have done everything to try to help and communicate - offered payment plans and send certified letter (rejected). If this is taken care of, I would be happy to remove this review.

    Black Pearl Paving of ********** is very Unprofessional and has no Integrity..They have done my Driveway and in few Months have started Caving ..tried to reach ***** *****..No Response..There are many complaints in ************ and Angie's..list.
