    If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. They were late to tow my car twice, and their service was so unprofessional that they ended up not even charging me for the towwhich should have been a major red flag.When they finally brought my car to my house, they referred me to a man named **** ******, claiming he could fix my car for a low price. He towed it to Shank Second GEN ***** and now, over a month later, Im $800 out of pocket with no resolution. When I tried to speak with the owner of Always Towing & Scrap about the referral, he became rude and hung up on me.After further research, I discovered that ***** Second GEN **** is out of business, yet its owned by the same personDewayne Shank. Ive been misled and lied to multiple times about whats really going on. Quite frankly, this business should not even be operating given how they conduct themselves and take advantage of hardworking people. Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and overall poor service should be a warning to anyone considering using them.
