    If I could provide a 0 star rating, I would. We had a second flat tire on our travel trailer of the day on the PA Turnpike in May. Since if was the second we did not have a spare tire available and had a difficult time finding a tire and wheel for the travel trailer. With help from the Turnpike employees we were passed onto a company that said they had what we needed. They did get to us rather quickly and brought a used tire and wheel. The employee even told us he took it off one of their own landscaping trailers. The wheel is rusted and the tire is plugged. We were charged $189 for the tire and wheel. Additional charges were for the service call $175 and the installation $100. The total was $482 with the credit card charge. While we understand the service call charge and installation are excessive but we were certainly at their mercy. However, the $189 for used and plugged tire and wheel is basically stealing. Tires from a landscaping trailer are not the same as tires for a travel trailer so we had to extend our stay and purchase new tires to put on the travel trailer and replace the one J-N-S installed.
