    We contracted with Mr John "Jack" Rosenberger of Rosenberger Scapes & Contracting to install a fence. As per the contract, we made an initial down-payment, and then paid for the materials on April 9. He told us (in writing) that he ordered them on April 13. The projected installation date kept changing, but was always to be completed by the end of June at the latest. When the deadline passed, we contacted the materials supplier and found out that he didn't place the order until June 18. He also told us that the turn-around time for orders was 8 weeks ("excluding Sundays"), but the supplier told us that their turn-around time is 4 weeks.
    Fortunately for us, the supplier cancelled the order and refunded the money, and Mr. Rosenberger reimbursed us the full amount that we had paid to him.
