    To Whom It May Concern,

        My Project Management Team has been working closely with the customer to resolve all issues on the project & provide the necessary paperwork that they requested.  It was my understanding that last Friday, 6-7-2024, one of our Project Management personnel was to visit the site & complete a downspout issue that existed.  I was made aware that all paperwork was sent to the customer.  

    If the customer has any further issues or needs our service, they can call us or email us at any time, as well as contact anyone in PM, which I am sure they have their numbers & contact information.  We are happy to address any issues that may further exist or may come up in the future.  Our phones answer 24/7 for our customers convenience.
