      On July 24, 2024 i purchased a ** profile all in one washer dryer. We did the 0% interest through Beiters/Ashley Home Store.On December 9, 2024 the machine stopped working. It had code 18 pop up on the machine. In the Smart App for the machine it gave trouble shooting steps which we did 4 times and did not resolve the issue. We called Beiters and they said we had to go through ** first and let them know. We scheduled service calls as the machine is under warranty for December 16, 2024 which ** cancelled rescheduled for December 17, 2024 again they cancelled. Rescheduled for for the third time December 21, 2024 they cancelled again. I called Beiters and they were going to call me and they sent the attached email. Needless to say I am paying on a machine that doesn't work. I have had several conversations with them documented in my call log and emails Please help. I have never had such horrible customer service from a store as I have had with Beiters and GE. ****** ******** ************

      Purchased a lift chair in Sept 2021 along with service contract. Have current claim # ******** against ******. To date the lift chair is still not repaired. I called beiter's to help resolve this issue since I purchased the chair with them. To date chair still un repaired. I want a refund and chair removed. Chair has been broken for more then 3 months.

      Customer purchased a chair from Beiter's on 9/11/21. Purchased at our location in South Williamsport PA.

      Customer opened a service ticket with our third-party contractor in 1/26/23.  Customer relocated to Erie, PA and therefore not in our servicing area. Customer relied on our third-party servicer.

      According to third-party portal the customer was issued a service date of 4/20/23 on March 7th, 2023.

      On March 8th the customer contacted Beiter's (for the first time) to ask for faster service from the third-party.  Beiter's contacted third-party on same day with request for faster service.

      On 4/13/23 customer contacted Beiter's regarding a faster service date.  Beiter's contacted third-party same day via email.

      On 4/17 Customer informed Beiter's that the 4/14/23 service date was cancelled and rescheduled for 4/28/23. 

      On 4/26/23 the customer informed Beiter's of a pending BBB claim with third party servicer.

      Week of 4/30/23 the servicer scheduled with customer for 5/11/23.

      On 5/4/23 our third-party servicer made repeated attempts to confirm the next service date of 5/11/23.

      On 5/5/23 Beiter's left a phone message in an attempt to resolve the issue. We will continue to attempt to reach the customer to resolve the complaint.
