    1 star review. Started out our remodel doing great. However, the quality of work went downhill. Sloppy paint job. Ruined new sink shine. Bad a putting linoleum down. It's crooked as can be and bubbled up in some areas. They took old tile up in the bathroom but not in the closet.of the bathroom. So now 2 different types of flooring in there. My spouse had to take down lights they put up and tighten them. They weren't even attached properly. You could see a space between them and the ceiling. All the tape you would put between the ceiling and walls is separating from the ceiling and is falling off. Didn't finish jobs. Did a mud job so poorly it makes you sick to look at it. Added and charged for jobs that he wasn't asked to do. Gave a bill with one price and no breakdown of the bill. Then told my lender a different total. Again asked for a breakdown of bill. New bill sent with breakdown. Somehow this bill is several thousand less than the first bill. However, now he increased his hourly wage that was not told to us. We notified him via email of things not completed and he gave no response. Informed him of the shower leaking and he gave no response. Flooring is separating from not fixing the base of the floor first. Lights in bathroom need tightened. ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANUP WAS DONE. Even though it was in the contract. We even had to tell them to put stuff down on the floors to protect them because they had put nothing down to start with on the new floors. I had to finish sanding areas that they didn't finish. I could go on and on. Now he wants to put a lien on my property. We'll come fix and finish and then we can talk. I've paid everything up to that point.....now fix your messes up.
