    These people did some work on a sewage pipe in our driveway on the home right before we bought it. A part of our driveway started to crumble and we contacted them. On multiple occasions, who I believe is the owner and the woman who works in the front office, claimed they would put us on the schedule to have the work repaired and yet months and months go by and they never put us on the schedule. All they had to do was say "we are not coming to fix your driveway." Instead, they continued to play games and act as if they were. We even gave them another job at our house while we were waiting and they were happy to accept that money. Never again. My suggestion is to not use this company.

    Do NOT use this company. **** came out in January to "fix" our toilet, had to come back that day because it still wasn't fixed, and then had to come back again in February. We now have a gaping hole in our ceiling and water dripping from the toilet on the second floor to the first floor. I called to explain and request **** come back out and ****** said he probably didn't put the bearings in or something with the flashings the second time and would try to get him out. I get a text from her saying they're too busy for this work and won't be coming out. She later calls to say this wasn't their problem as it was a few months ago and they're stepping back from this kind of work. This company created a problem in our house and then backed away when they realized they messed up.
