    On 6-4-2023 at approximately 3pm my wife and i went to the turkey hill to exchange a spent Propane tank. My wife inside to pay and i carri3d the expired tank to the outside storage where teh tanks were kept. My wife priceeded to pay for some teas and the new tank. Upon payment for the items the cashier states "i dont have the key" im sorry i cant give you the propane. My wofe said thats fine just refund the money. The cashier said i cant but ill take your number and you can come back in the morning and get a refund or the propane if you want. My wife confused comes out and gets me and says please talk to the cashier, he charged me and told me i couldnt have the propane. So i went in and asked him, hey can i get the propane we paid for? He again said he doesn thave the key. He also said he offered a refind but she has to leave her number for tomorrow, some really inconvienient hot garbage. I then asked thw man at the register, "hey man how would you feel if you pay for services and you get nothing in return." I said it was basically theft and asked if their was a way he could reimburse us with cash, since it wasnt our fault. He started to get frustrated and begin challenging me go outside and fight, saying "he was about that life" or whatever that means. Not wanting to fight a cashier over 27 dollars i just left and the man refused to give us a receipt or anyrhing for our trouble. The funny thing is that i shop here all the time and only time i have ever had trouble was from this guy. I didnt catch his name i just remember he had a long beard, wore a mask, and had several tattoos on his arms. This kind of treatment is not the norm of this place but this cashier is new and shouldnt be challenging customers to fight when he makes mistakes at the register.
