    Instead of paying their employees money owed they will block you on cashapp (yeah- they pay 'employees' with cashapp) ignore all of your calls and texts and avoid paying altogether. Many civil rights violations occurring in the workplace, passing over employees for raises, meanwhile making them do more work and work that was not outlined in the original job title. Apart from poor treatment/lack of compensation for employees- there's a very unprofessional way in which M&S deck pros operates. Not letting customers know when they'll be arriving at the home. Collecting cash deposits and taking months to even start a job. Or they'll jump off of a project halfway complete and leave it for months, leaving customers in complete darkness about their projects. Unresponsive unless it's convenient for them. Will make up lies about why projects take so long or are failing. The real reason is they do not have the manpower to handle the volume of work they are selling. Sell sell sell and no workers to do anything. M&S deck pros is a ticking time bomb that can't keep any employees, then will proceed to belittle anyone who decides to quit, calling them drug addicts and all sorts of names. Stay far away from this "company". They talk a real good one but I promise you it's all for show. They will stab you in the back the first chance they get.

    Did not finish job as specified. Left my yard a mess with everything they dug up., including a lot of concrete block. Was promised a wall and then was told that would be 5 thousand more. That wall was discussed and agreed upon in the original contract.
