    To say that I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. I have had **** as our family photographer for over 2 years, being a VIP customer. She has almost always been slow to return messages, or just doesn’t answer. I would say 90% of her shoots get either cancelled, postponed or delayed. I have given her so many opportunities in the past two years and each time I’m irritated that I did. I love the photos that **** captures, but working with her is a nightmare. Today was my last straw with her. I purchased her extended family package. It took two messages just to get dates/availability from her. I had asked for a refund so I could book with someone else, she was quick to respond with dates after that. The day of she’s supposed to start at 4 and instead I get a message that she has a flat. Of course you do. New ETA would be 6. We wanted photos outdoors, we have 17 adults 6 toddlers and 3 babies. Toddlers aren’t waiting for 2hrs, feed them dinner and outfits are ruined. Babies were fed, dressed and ready. I get the flat tire but that still makes you late. As a photographer wouldn’t you want to see the location you were shooting and be early if not on time for a shoot? Getting the message at 4 means you weren’t even close to the house. Yes a refund is great but I’m still out time and effort. Getting 8 families together is no small feat, our next date of availability isn’t until September/October. My grandmother is disappointed she doesn’t have photos with all her great grandchildren, grandchildren and children, and yes we still took some photos with phones but it’s just not the same. I’m just really frustrated, irritated and embarrassed that I put my trust in ****. Spent $99 but more upset about a disappointing result for my grandmother.

    We hired **** (******) **** as our wedding photographer. Her business name is A Million Dreams Photography, located in Pottstown, PA. Her rental studio is scheduled to open soon, however we can not find her business license. We signed a contract and paid **** ($1,350) via *****. The contract stated that we would receive two photographers on our wedding day. The night before the wedding, she informs me she does not have a 2nd photographer. I had to find and book a 2nd photographer myself. Due to **** breaking that part of the contract, it cost us additional unexpected fees ($548), which was not even for full coverage. The contract states we would receive all of our wedding photos on an online gallery after 30 days and receive them on USBs three months after our wedding. Our wedding was 10.29.22. We did not receive our photos on an online gallery nor received our photos on USBs. **** has been stating since 12.22.22 that our wedding photos are ready for us. After trying for many weeks to get the USBs from her, she finally provided three USBs to us, however no photos were loaded onto them. We have tried multiple times to receive new USBs from her. **** takes days to respond back to our concerns. She blocked us from view her business page. We have also offered many times to pick them up from her. It's been over a month of **** saying she will drop them off and then she does not show up. She does not even give us notice that she's not showing up. We have waited around for her to drop them off, rearranged our schedules for her; went into work late or left work early because she scheduled time with us to drop them off. It was brought to our attention that other clients of hers have many complaints. **** receives money from clients via ***** she books, then does not follow through with the services/contract. She told them they would receive refunds, but has not provide the refunds. Cera will not allow reviews on her business page. We have more supporting docs if needed.
