    I made a nail appointment here on June 23, 2023 specifically with Mya the owner of the salon. I went in for my appointment at 10 am on June 26, 2023 and said at the counter I had an appointment with Mya. They sat me down in a chair and Susan started doing my nails which was not uncommon for someone different to start prepping my nails. She then proceeded to look at the picture of the nails I wanted that were done at the same salon a year ago. I did not feel comfortable speaking up about the poor job that started being done on my nails and then when they were done I was charged $70 cash. The colors were not correct the shape was wrong and the length was too short. When I got back home the salon was called and we requested money back and they said they would redo them but would not give me money back and were very rude about it. I did not want to get my nails redone by them because of such a poor job they did and how rude they were I would not feel comfortable going back into the salon. They also said during the phone call Mya does not work at the salon anymore which was never mentioned to me at the salon when I mentioned her name for the appointment, I specifically had with her. We also asked who the new owner was so we could speak to them, and the employees did not know and hung up the phone on us.

    First we thank you to let’s us know the complain .

    The old owner is Mya she had been gone a years ago , and the lady she had her nails done in my nails salon we try to do the best job already I ask her everything before I do and we have told her if she not happy with her nails we can fix but she don’t want to do that.. and I find down one thing the lady have nails done  and the comlainter not the same. and she try to call my bussiness to many time. and we have told her come back to talk but she dont want to and she had to post the complaint in our facebook .
