      The first contact with Paul Lavery HVAC was through American Home Sheild in late October. (AHS). AHS outsourced Paul Lavery HVAC (PLH) to replace my **** system. I was sent an invoice from *** and paid in full ($2,345) on November 6, 2024. The entire experience working with *** has been extremely frustrating as communication has been poor. Their techs showed up with the air conditioning unit but not the furnace. Their techs also did not have the proper tools to install the equipment, resulting in multiple (3) rescheduling to partially install the **** system. During the last appointment (11-18-2024), ********* informed me that they needed a custom ventilation piece to complete the installation and that it would take a week or two tops to be made and installed. Since 11-18-24, I have had a difficult time getting in contact with the Office Manager, *****. She has been evasive, hasn't delivered on promised follow-ups, and has now stopped responding to texts or answering phone calls. I want PLH to be held accountable for its predatory business practices. Since this incident, I've found similar complaints online while researching the company. I would also like the job completed at my home, as we are in the winter months with bitterly cold conditions.

      ***** through my home warranty company ***. They charged for work that was not completed and overcharged for work. Workers left a mess in my basement and other work was subpar. The connection between the new furnace and old duct work was pieced together instead of a solid piece of duct causing air leaks. It appears this company goes by multiple names in the past.

      **** Lavery was hired to replace my furnace and air conditioner. Lavery installed the new furnace and ac unit but everything he touched was just thrown together. His company spilled pvc glue all over my concrete floor. Left soot all over my rafters from soldering, smeared silicon around pipe joints to stop them from leaking, and left holes that would usually have plugs in them all over my furnace so hot air now blows out of them. They also left the old ac unit hole in the side on my basement wall so that rodents could find their way into my house. When I asked him to return and finish or fix these things, he kept making appointments (4 to be exact) and would never show up. He then blamed me for all of these mistakes saying it was like that before they touched anything. Now he wont respond to any calls. Beware of this contractor he also calls his company speedy site.
