    Subject: Dispute of ******************** and Refund Request Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally dispute a charge of $1,000 made by Limitless Coaching. I signed up for their coaching services on 09/18/2024 with the understanding that the services would be provided in person. However, after only three days, I realized that the services were primarily conducted over the phone, which did not align with my expectations.Due to dissatisfaction with the service delivery, I promptly requested a cancellation and full refund on 9/29/2024 Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with Limitless Coaching, my refund request has been repeatedly denied.I have provided all necessary documentation, including a screenshot of the agreement, to support my claim to my bank because thats all Limitless Coaching will provide me However, Limitless Coaching has been unresponsive to my requests for further clarification or additional documentation which my bank requested from me I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and recovering the $1,000 that was unfairly charged. I am open to any alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, to reach a fair resolution.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.     I paid ***** $2000 on October 31 to *********************** for coaching services. I was told it would be $333 for the three months after that initial down payment, with four months total for coaching. This included one weekly call for an hour and weekly update check in calls for fifteen minutes everyday. This didn't happen in its entirety and I have call logs and texts in writing to prove it. He started charging me $350 a week in month one, more than agreed, when those charges were only for three months as the $2,000 down payment went towards the first month. This is even noted in our signed contract that ***** clearly breached. Two of those payments came out that should not have been drafted until December. We did not even have three weeks of coaching. ***** called me and wrote me that our coaching calls would end once he found out about my injury with a broken arm.I was promised a ****** that connected to the app as apart of my coaching. I was promised a connection with his team of doctors for lab work/hormone testing. I was promised an hour in each session of coaching. In fact his app was sending me information and messages for ****, and not my personalized plan. I was also told that ***** would be coming here to Nashville to work with me in person, and he cancelled this trip last minute which also caused loss of revenue in my business with ****** as my calendar was blocked off for three weeks straight. NONE of these things happened and I have proof of it all. I did not ask for this contract to end, but ***** enforced it the day I started questioning him on payments drafting out of my account. The only steps we got through in coaching sessions were the morning/night routines. ***** completely blocked me without any merit or reason and has failed to communicate with me as to why he cannot uphold his commitment, meanwhile scamming me out of nearly $3,000 dollars. ***** sent me inappropriate pictures of his genitals and asked me to send him naked weekly progress photos.
