    Worst company don’t do it always has an excuse why he can’t get done not professionally at all look into more before you choos my house is bad and will not respond to my problems

    They did a horrible job on our driveway. On June 2020, We hired and paid CASH the owner of this business and gave us a one year warranty on this job, Day 1, after finishing my driveway. We have noticed the puddle or depression on the middle of the end of driveway. We called the owners attention and discussed the problem and they advised us to lets wait till this winter was over and we can see if it gets worse. We were patiently took their advice. As months go by, we have noticed that depression had gotten worse. We send email and text to the owners but more than likely we were ignored in the beginning and we never got a response from either text or email. October 2021, the owner came to our location and discuss the problem and he said that after this job is done there will be no more warranty and to loose my number. The end of November 2021, the owner showed up and fix the problem quickly and badly. They cut the asphalt where the depression was and patched it with asphalt. The next few days, we have noticed that asphalt patch was already chipping away, heat tape wasnt sticking anymore, the patch was uneven and worst thing the depression issue got worse. We called the owner and told him how we felt about this job. The next day we texted him that this job was unacceptable and we will find another contractor to fix this terrible job. I had 2 reputable contractors came to my house and they laughed and shocked on what they saw on our driveway. They pointed us a lot of things on how really it should be fixed. At this point , we dont want to deal with this cresson point properties LLC anymore and we would rather pay someone we know would stand on their job, warranty and knows how to treat a good paying customers. I always said this ,KARMA will come later.
