    Our well pump, installed on February 21, 2023, by Semper Fi Well, stopped functioning properly on June 20, 2024. Despite the pump having a five-year warranty and on September 20,2023 having the company install a subdrive, this did not matter. ***********************, who claims to be the owner and initially guaranteed the work with assurances of reliable service, has declined to provide emergency assistance. Consequently, no one has been dispatched to evaluate the pump, leaving our home without water. This situation is particularly urgent as we have very young children and elderly family members with health issues residing with us. The owner of the company states that he cant assist us because he has 4 other people with the same issue. I am starting to believe he sold us a faulty unit.

    On June 21, 2024, we incurred an additional cost of $1,050 for the replacement of 250 feet of wiring associated with the new well pump installation. According to the owner, this wiring should have been replaced during the initial installation. The owner expressed confusion as to why the wiring was not initially replaced, yet an additional charge was subsequently imposed.

    This oversight has led to an unexpected and avoidable expense on our part. We believe this situation reflects a lapse in service and communication from your company, resulting in unnecessary financial strain.
