    Called the Company on February 15 th *************************************************************** my basement. They told me they needed a credit card to be put on file and that could come that afternoon noon. They showed up at my house at 5:45pm and tried unclogging the drain. They told me turn my washer on they believe they fixed it. They did not. They told me I had to make another appointment. I called the next day Friday February 16th to set up another appointment. They told me Monday February 19th 2024 between 8:00-8:30am. They never showed.. at this point I felt this was very unprofessional and something wasnt right with this company.. I called them around 10:30an . They said they would try and come that day. They will call me back to let me know. Never called me back. I got a phone call the next morning Tuesday February 20th 2024. . A different crew of workers showed up at my house that morning. They were supposed to go in through the drain that the previous works said they were going to do. They did not. They spent several hours in my basement not sure really what to do. Then tells us they need to go pack to the shop. At this point it was not working out. I dont believe they knew what the problem was or how to fix it. So the person in the office said they would get back with me on the cost. I never received a phone call or a bill . Then I get a notice that my credit card was charged $810. As of right now I still dont have any answers as to if I have a clogged sewer drain or broken pipes.
