    Contacted ***** on 5/9/24 to repair my ride on lawn *****. The machine stopped in the middle of me cutting grass. It would not move forward nor backwards. The determiniation was that I broke the pulley built. Contacted Woolfies Mower/owner ***** to come service the machine. ***** picked up my machine to take it back to his business resident for repairs. on 5/15-***** indicated that the machine repairs were completed - $300 cash (reciept provided) - built replaced, tune up, oil change. On 8/24- My machine did the same thing I called ***** in for the first time; was not driving correctly - loud noise and could not ride the machine. ***** came a 2nd time; he sated he'd replaced the drive belt and broken pully charged me $250.00 cash (receipt recieved). On 9/13; the builts were smoking on the lawn mower and it was really loud! Machine could not operate. I contacted ***** again to advise; he was trying to get more money out of my to service the machine yet again. I contacted ACe Hardware to come pick up my machine and repair it properly. *** indicated whomever repaired the machine prior did not know what they were doing - they indicated that the drive belt was not installed properly causing damage to the belts. they also replaced belts that should have been replaced during my initial repairs with Woolfies Mower Services. I am asking for a full refund of my money

    I have repair this mower.. first time picked up mower had a busted drive belt.. and wrapped around pulleys.. she wanted the pulley that was broken repaired belt put on and a tune up.. so was completed. Ran perfect at shop.. no issues. **** came to ****** and she objected to the to the cost said she only has ****** cash for the repairs.. so I reajusted the bill for 300 cash.. she drove it around the yard with no issues and work fine after delivery.. few days later get a call that belt came off and does not move again.. so picked it up once again found that one of the tension pulleys was seized up.. put new tension pulley on and put belt back on their were no issues after testing and mowing at my shop set delivery back up and was ****** total.. put belt back on same way it came to shop.. had no issues and after I dropped it off she did not want to pay then.. and advised her what happend was no fault of mine that a different pulley broke.. she wanted a refund for both repairs.. their was also a bent bracket that needed repairs and didn't want it completed.. I made repairs and went by owners manual to make sure belts and pulleys were properly replaced.. when left shop and also tested at her house there were no issues and worked fine.. got paid and left...got a call couple weeks later that it's no moving again.. and demanded a refund.. everything was done properly and buy the owners ******.. If someone messed with it after I done the work I don't know.. but both times machine was tested mowed and worked as it should have and she even tested it.. and worked well then.. all the issues happened after I have left.. dont know if some one else tried doing something to it afterwards.  But machine worked well both times and as well she got ****** in discounts cause she had not had money to pay much and worked with her on pricing and did free pick up and delivery 20 miles away.. I did properly insahl everything and was tested at shop before it left and was also tested at her residence to show repairs were made good.. she agreed.. Thankyou for responding to this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: *****, as a consumer, I contacted you (Woolfies Mower Services) to provide repairs to my unit.  I have allowed you to repair the machine twice; to no avail, the repairs were not done correctly as I had to contact you three different times for each incident -- for repairs.  I was not satisfied with the outcome and am requesting that my money be rendered back!


    I have provided you with enough opportunity to have repaired the machine correctly (every effort cost me). You even had the audacity to ask me to let you repair it the third time (with costs involved). 


    As you can see from the attached receipts, I had Ace ******** hardware pick up the machine for repairs that I expected you to do properly from the onset. Per their findings: The drive belts were not installed properly causing damage to the belts.. they replaced both again!


    My position will remain the same until I receive a full refund of my money that I provided you for services that were not rendered to my satisfactory causing me to pay twice over the amount in which I should not have had to spend.


    I am not satisfied, happy, content, nor have trust in this business every again! This is not an honorable business; you actually ripped me off

    I received this mower with a broken rear main drive belt.. and a pulley that was broken.. replaced pulley along with drive belt that was snapped.. made repairs.. worked perfect at shop of an hour of mowing with no issues.... received a called that same problem occurred and won't move.. went as soon as she called and picked up mower and found that A totally different pulley has seized up and was brought to customers attention.. pulley was replaced. And new belt was put on once again because of seized pully broke belt replaced.. may have been put back on incorrectly.. or maybe not.. but replaced belt and and pulley drove around my yard mowed was no issues.. returned mower 2 weeks later and said mower did same thing.. when first started working on mower customer kept saying she only had 300 to pay for repairs.. drop price and gave discounts to meat her needs and even offered to fix what went wrong and if in wasn't my fault would have repaired it.. there would have been a charge.. if it was my fault I would have done it at no charge to customer.. she didn't want Me to do it.. she decided to take it so.eplace else and I'm not in bussiness to cheat people.. not my nature.. but she decided to go elsewhere... so most I will do is pay for a belt... that's an offer for you.. 1st and 2nd repairs were 2 totally different parts that went bad is what you have paid for.. labor and part with a discounted rate.. Sorry you feel you got ripped off but was 2 different jobs that were done.. and I offered to fix what happened with belt 3rd time that may have been an overlook.. but you said no.. I offered to fix it.. I will pay for a belt that's it..

    During the repairs that you so called did. No pictures, no communication. Just text what was repaired. With the overall repairs that was not satisfactory, with in days you were notified of issues.  

    Every time you repaired my machine it came back unsatisfactory. Instead of you fixing the issues you kept telling me to bring it in as something else was the matter as you stated. My machine was not a second hand machine. I brought it from ***** and I always kept up with the maintenance  now here we are...I had to take it to a true repair shop to find out exactly what was wrong with the machine. I paid you for the same repairs that True Value deemed as negligence from your shop .

    I will be pursuing this matter to the fullest extent until am made whole!!!!!
