I ordered cookies from a listing this bake shop had on their Etsy shop (Jen from Scottdale PA). After not only not sending the right cookies and also noticing they looked nothing like the picture she had advertised, I emailed her and asked for refund. She refused to give me a refund and argued with me that the cookies looked just like the picture. I did a reverse google search on the image she had posted of the cookies and found out she wasn’t the owner of the picture or original baker of the cookies she was claiming as her own. They belong to a woman named ***** ******* from ******** who had baked and photographed these cookies on her Instagram account back in 2019. I asked Jen why she was using someone else’s photo and claiming it as her own work to get business and she blocked me. She has since deleted the listing of the picture she stole but I have yet to receive a refund. She’s conning people into thinking they’re getting one product and sending a knock off version of something else. I’ve attached a picture of the original owner of the pictures Instagram (gracefully_baked) who is not Jen.
