    Business held my electronic device for repair over an approximate 10 month period. Device was paid for after first alleged repair, and returned within 1 week with same issue occurring. After several attempts to request completion of repair, we had no contact. A family member was managing a job with business and inquired about the electronic device and business reported it was ready for pick up with a $100 refund. When I reached out to business to schedule pick up the owner reported he would not give refund due to discourse with my family member. After some discussion the business owner then agreed to keep his word on the refund. Lasted via phone call owner continued to involve my family member and reported that he would not issue the refund or give me my paid for device unless the family member paid for their service. These jobs were not related by any means. I was required to have the police meet my spouse at the business to gather my electric device. I am asked for the refund I was promised due to the unprofessionalism and lack of timely/accurate services.
