    On 03/ 21 /2023 I ordered a 1994 **** ****** Ecm and all was good I received the ecm and it was just fine I paid 200.36 for the ecm which is fine but come to look at my bank account they charged me 200.36 twice which it should’ve been only once I’ve called probably 10 to 15 times and ask for a manager and get put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour which is unacceptable in my book and no one ever answers after I’m on hold

    In early september I ordered a part. A week or so later I received a part that was wrong. I made numerous phone calls, put on hold, told I would receive a call back. I never once had a call back. After a month I finally got a fed ex label to return the wrong part that was sent. After a week I called about my refund and was told soon as the part was returned I would get my money back. The part was returned and I never received my refund. I them call and was put on hold (AGAIN) and left for 30 min. Hist to find out they closed and left me on hold. I was charged $75 for shipping. And i am only 1 hour away and week to receive the wrong part!! By far the worst company I have ever delt with. Still jave no refund and no part! THEY HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I will be taking legal action if my money is not returned by the end of this week!!!
