7/23/22 $85.40 + plus change left on table when I ran out which was $15 cash My boyfriend and I came in for date night. We were ordering food and drinks and we were careful about what he ordered. He is allergic to peanuts but we are very careful when it comes to that. Nothing we ordered had peanuts in it. He ended up having a severe alergic reaction regardless. I went over everything we ordered multiple times and asked what they put in the drink that wasnt on the menu, found nothing, so we told her he was have an alergic reaction and something had peanuts in it. It turned out that the chef ***** who wasnt even wearing a hair net was using one bowl without washin it inbetween meals for two seperate chilis which the other recipe had. We ordered the chili cheese dog but it was made and mixed in the same bowl as the noir chili concoction. A customer overheard the situation and offered an epipen but suggested the er if he never used one and the manager offered ******** that did not help. As my bf seemed to get worse i rushed him to the ER While getting treated I came back to speak to the manager. When I walked in the whole staff was taking shots and didnt acknowledge me even though they knew who I was and that my boyfriend was having a reaction. I came back to get information so I can speak to the owner with details and inform them that they shouldve had peanut allergy warnings and its unfair that we ordered something that didnt list it as an ingredient and now we are stuck with a large medical bill due to their uncleaniess and laziness. When I began CALMLY talking about the situation she began verbally bullying me stating it was all my boyfriends fault belittling him sayin "your boyfriend is a grown *** man and shouldve said something" "its not our fault he decided to go to the hospital" claiming they did everything they could because she offered ********. When I asked for her name, the chef and my waitress she put her arms on the table and rudely said no grinning. Etc
