    A few weeks ago I arranged to have a bowling birthday party for my son at this establishment. I was assured that the date and time were available and that I could have a room for an extra fee. I put a deposit down. I call a few days later to add some more people to the guest list. I stop down in person a few days later to see the room that will come with the party so that I can get measurements and idea for the space Im working with to decorate. I follow the guidelines and call 3 days before the party to make sure that we will have enough food for our guests etc. With this information, I purchased everything needed to create a themed party. Banner, tableware, ballons etc.. Cupcakes are baked, favors are made, helium tank is purchased. 4 totes of party supplies are loaded up and brought to the establishment the day of only to be told that they have 4 other parties going on and that they had to move us into their meeting room. The room looks absolutely nothing like the room I was shown. It is run down with old paint and carpeting. Old scratched up whiteboards are hanging on the walls janitorial supplies are stored in the room, the tables and everything in general just looks dirty old and worn down. It was unacceptable, I asked if there was any way that we could have the room that I had been initially shown and was told that it was impossible with the other parties that were going to be going on. We were an hour early to set up and the rooms were vacant. I told them we would have to cancel the party and they said they didnt care. Long story short, i had an entire party to call and cancel 45 minutes before it was about to start. I spent a small fortune on this party venue and was not given what was initially promised. I want something done about this. Thank you for your time.

    Thank you for bringing to our attention the extreme dissatisfaction of an intended birthday party client.  Regrettably, it seems as there was a grave miscommunication.  We realize birthdays are a cause for celebration and we are disappointed we could not help fulfill that in this instance.
    When the client reached out to us to book a, strictly, bowling party, our manager Steve, explained that the party room she would receive would be directly behind her lanes on the far end of the bowling center.  She seemed amenable to this as she had guests that were somewhat older and couldn’t walk very far. We thought this would be a perfect fit.
    Apparently, when she stopped down, on her own, she examined the party rooms on the opposite side of the building in the arcade area. We were unable to verify that an employee showed her a party room.  These rooms are used for our laser tag and arcade parties only.  This is what led to her expectations not being met. 
    When she arrived for her 3:00 party, she was directed by our staff to the party room we had her booked in.  When she expressed her dissatisfaction, we explained that this is the room we use for bowling parties and apologized for the confusion.  At this point, she chose to call her guests, cancel the party, and leave the facility.  
    We never wished for her to cancel her party, but we couldn’t transfer her to another location. Unfortunately, we were unable to move her to one of the other two rooms as we had previously booked parties in them, at 4pm that day.
