    On the 28 of Dec. 2022 I purchased food from this store. At first I didnt notice I started to realize that that cashier that was charging for food was was unhygienic. Upon closing box of I noticed he constantly wiped his nose and face over food area. At first I thought it was my imagination but seemed to always be in food area. Even if he closed items I thought it was a very rude and unhealthy thing to do. If he has some kind of health concerns to allow other worker to complete transactions. My work day usually ends with my having to purchase food at restaurants. It looks as if the cashier had no care for health of customer or good customer service.

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing in regards to Complaint ID: ********.

    After reviewing the matter, I respectfully disagree with the customer's complaint. The sequence of events was as follows: The customer placed an order for 6PC Hot Wings with Fries, which was priced at $8.50 ($7.99 + 6% tax). I handed the order over to the customer, who then requested a soda, claiming it was included in the original order.

    I kindly informed the customer that there are two separate menus offered at our restaurant, one being 6PC Hot Wings with Fries for $7.99 (excluding tax), and the other being 6PC Hot Wings with Fries and a Soda for $9.99 (excluding tax). I emphasized that the customer was charged for the 6PC Hot Wings with Fries option only, and not the combo that includes a soda.

    Despite my efforts to resolve the situation by offering the customer a soda, he refused and left the restaurant in a disgruntled manner. A few days later, we received the complaint in question.

    In conclusion, I firmly believe that the complaint is baseless and does not accurately reflect the level of customer service provided by Crown Fried Chicken.
