This law firm has a bill from my son's school. I have been calling and emailing in attempts to resolve this matter so my son can attend school this fall. I have explained this a few times over the phone, by email, and left voicemails. The attorney is not being responsive to my many attempts to just have a phone conversation to settle this bill. I'm sure a big part of their unresponsiveness is based on the fact that we are African American and live about 4 and half hours away. Because believe me I would of just drove to the office in person. I feel like my son and I are at the mercy of this law firm because they know my son is trying to enroll back in college. The attorney emailed me yesterday to set up a phone conversation and I emailed him back within 5-6 minutes to confirm a time and he never responded. Now the law office wont even answer the phone and all I can do is leave voicemails. Please help. Thanks, *********
