States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A. Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 1

(CFSI) We would like to take this opportunity to resolve the complaint, however, despite an in-depth search, we are unable to identify any record associated with the name, ***** **********, or variations thereof. Furthermore, neither the address nor phone number provided with the complaint links us to this individual. 

     

    We ask that consumer provide the full account number being referenced in the complaint, &/or complainant's social security number, in order to locate the record in our files.
