    I contracted for a metal roof to be installed at an approximate cost of $20,000, which included a forty year warranty. This was in 2022 and the roof leaked shortly after that, Garvin fixed it and things were fine until about six months ago when it started leaking again. I called about the issue and they hung up on me, I called again and they had my phone number blocked. I used another phone and they hung up on me and blocked the phone again. They don't not respond to my emails. I have thirty eight years left on the warranty they sold me and they refuse to honor it.

    I had Garvin istall a Tilcor metal shingle roof on my home 12-2-21, paid ****** dollars cash.they also replaced 2 skylites and installed gutters at that time the gutters had an extra charge of $1,944. After the work was completed i noticed some problems ,the istallers removed the bathroom vents that exited the roof,and had damaged some siding on the house.However they did take care of those concerns.Then in the spring of 2022 during heavy rain we had water running down our kicthen cabinets and on our counter.i called Garvin they came out and told me the problem is with the vent stack , they made a temporary repair.They said at they will order parts an be back to repair the problem.they also said thatcthey would add defectors on the gutters ,because the rain over shoots the gutters in the valleys they never came back.i still have the water leak.and problem with the gutters.called repeatly and left messages,but no one calls back. They took $24,000 from us nd tried to patch the roof with a tube of chalking.Not ******.

    I purchased a roof from Garvin Metal Roofs in December 2022.Over the last couple years, they have been back here several times to fix the problems with the roof.But there are still problems with the roof and the soffit facia that they installed.This roof has a 50 year warranty.But I have tried numerous times to call the phone number in Scranton with no Reply back.While attempting to Fix the issues they remove the gutters and put them back up wrong.So in the meantime, my gutters leak because theyre not up there right and I had water in my basement.I have been trying and trying for months with no reply back.

    I contracted regarding metal roof less than a year ago and they installed my roof. I have had to have them come out twice to fix items already. One item was that the vents were not done properly. The second was because they had to fix my gutters that they destroyed. Now I am having a problem with my roof leaking I contacted them one week and a day ago with the issue. I have not had any response from anybody from the business other than the salesman who has been very spotty and sketchy with getting back to me. It is now August 12. My roof has not been repaired, we also have additional damage from water

    Garvin Metal Roofing installed our roof less than 5 years ago. We have a leak and a 40 year warranty for install, labor and materials. They are ignoring our calls. They need to honor the warranty.

    Metal roofs was installed may of 2023. We have now noticed a leak. We have been trying to contact anyone from garvin for 3 days and every number is disconnected. We need to know who to contact to take care of thus problem.

    I noticed a lead in my Garvin Metal Roof on June 6th and immediately called the company. Every phone number that was on their site, ******* and my contract paperwork went to a dead line or voicemail. I've left several voicemails. I've called multiple numbers and multiple times everyday since, and the numbers either lead to dead lines, or voicemails. I got ahold of a person 3 times, each time they transferred me to what they said was the warranty department. This went to voicemail all 3 times and I've left messages but nobody has called me back. I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company. I have a warranty on the roof that guarantees no leaks, but the company is unreachable. I've called from multiple phone numbers in case they blocked my number and I get the same results.

    Writing on behalf of my mother, who purchased a metal roof for our home the summer of 2021. In late January 2024 our roof started leaking and we called them the next morning. We have a 10 year warranty on the roof. Since then we have called over a dozen times in the past four months, getting a person saying they will send it to their "warranty department" almost every time, with no calls back. We even drove to their listed location, only to find it closed (and apparently belonging to another company). Only once in February we were transferred to someone who said we were on the schedule to get a person out to look at the roof, but multiple calls later and we've received no response. Even making appointments through their website have not been responded to. Since then, the ceiling and wall in the interior of our house had gotten severely damaged because of the leak and we can't get the inside fixed until someone fixes the roof. The damage to the interior wouldn't have been as severe if they responded to our first call four months ago. Other people have had the same problem with them not returning calls or scheduling work. We've tried every avenue to contact this business and it's ridiculous that we have to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get a response.

    I notified Garvin Construction/Metal Roof of need for roof repair August 7, 2023 in writing. Employee arrived August 22, 2023 to inspect leak roting roof and support beam. Garvin employee inspected, measured, and photographed the subject area. He agreed to the need for replacement; we agreed upon the materials for replacement. He reviewed and photographed my warranty. He agreed the warranty was valid and he stated that new repairs would also be under warranty. Inspite of several calls last fall, my certified letter dated December 4, 2023, and more calls this Spring, I received no response of any kind from Garvin Construction/Metal Roof.Simply, I want my roof replaced in accordance with Garvin plans made last August. My roof was initially installed 11/18/15. I have supporting documents to verify, if necessary.

    I had a Garvin Metal Roof installed in 2020. It came with a 40 year warranty. The roof started leaking last month and I have not been able to get anyone from the company to come out and evaluate the situation, let alone fix it. I have called them over a dozen times, left voicemails, messages with assistants, etc. I finally got someone to call me back last week and we were supposed to meet yesterday at noon. They never showed up. And now I am back to square one, trying to get someone to speak to me to set up an appointment to inspect the roof. This has been going on for over a month. It started in mid February. I am beyond frustrated and regret doing business with this company that does not stand behind their product.
