    I took my 4 yo car to the dealership today because the adaptive part of the cruise control didn't work. They handed it back to me and said you have to be at 45 mph for it to work. I use this feature everyday. I know how it works. 5 or 6 people drove my car WITHOUT me and kept coming back and telling me it works. I took it on the highway and almost drove into the back of a tractor trailer twice. I went right back to the dealership and asked them to go on a test drive with me. Show me it works. Again they went out without me. After an hour of arguing the service manager tells me they never took my car on the highway. They tested cruise on city streets, stopping and starting in between. I am not an auto mechanic but you don't need to be! Cruise is for the highway! They told me to consider that there technician worked on my car for 40 minutes and they aren't charging me. They told me it would cost thousands to dig into my computer and see what was wrong.Honda corporate said all dealerships are independent so all they can do is write down my concerns. Let's not discuss the sales experience.
