    Good morning, me and my husband dropped our Dodge truck off three weeks ago to have a water pump replaced. They received the part earlier this week, but have not touched my vehicle. We had a similar experience with this a couple years ago with a radiator. It took us six weeks to receive our vehicle back. Trying to avoid another situation like that we have been placing calls several times a day all and leaving voicemails with no return. We have been laying out hundreds of dollars for rental cars and are just looking for someone to return our call. Hoping you can help.

    November of 2024 I took my 2023 Jeep Rubicon to Scranton Dodge for a windshield which was cracked and covered under the Jeep warranty program. They did order one which was an incorrect part however I am now being told they cannot find the correct windshield due to a part number issue. I have been trying to get this resolved with no success, no return calls and now have a vehicle that is in need of state inspection which will not pass because of the windshield. I have called and often times left voice messages every week, sometimes three times a week and have not received any call backs. Since November the crack has expanded across the entire windshield. I am now concerned it will completely break while driving, coming in on me and possibly causing me to get into an accident. I purchased this vehicle new in April of 2024 and find it hard to believe that something as simple as a factory OEM windshield cannot be located for a new vehicle.

    Scranton Dodge unlawfully cashed a check and took a second down payment of $2,000 from my bank account and is refusing to refund me the money even though I can prove that they cashed the check. I've escalated this issue as far as it can go within their company and with my banking institution and no resolution has even been attempted on their part.

    ** 12/15/2022, Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep service my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to my complaint of hearing squealing noises coming from my front tires/brakes, along with an alignment and rotation of my tires. Upon scheduling my service appointment, I inquired with the phone agent if the company would replace brakes and rotors, if I provided brand new ones for the front and rear that I had purchased from another parts store; they informed me that they did provide this service, but I would be required to pay for the labor and disposal of old parts, to which I agreed. The service technician had deemed that the rotors and brakes I had provided were "no good and had a dent in one" and I would have to purchase parts directly from them, despite the ones I had purchased being brand new and in box (they were also the correct ones for my vehicle). I required the service and agreed to purchased the parts from them and asked that they return mine. They only returned the rotors I purchased, but not the brakes. My bill total was over $630.00 for the service, which I paid in full. After receiving my vehicle, my car was still experiencing the same noise that I had taken it to the dealer for, I was told by the dealer that I needed to break in my rotors and brakes, as all four of them were new and to give it around 300 miles. ** 01/20/2023 I scheduled an appoint, as after 500 miles my vehicle was still experiencing this issue. My vehicle was dropped off on 01/31 for my appt to which i was informed my bill would be $430.95 as they needed to replace my front rotors and brakes, as they did not do this previously. This is not correct and they are ripping consumers off and taking advantage of female drivers.
