    THIS IS A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Timothy L****** owner of TL Renovations. If you are looking for a quality tradesman, this is your guy. A few weeks ago, I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for help finishing a porch that was left half way done since May by another contractor. After calling a few that were posted in the comments, I gave this young man a shot at it. And I am incredibly happy that I did. Since my career already revolves around dealing with construction and contractors, this was a bit unnerving for me. Because the small handful of people I trusted were not available to do it. So I had to take a chance on a complete stranger. And I pay very close attention to small things that most might not even notice. In this day and age, it is rare to find someone like Timothy. It is rare to even get a call back or even have someone show up let alone finish a job. What can I say about Timothy L******? ~ he answered the phone when I called him, and came over the next day ~ he answered the phone EVERY time I called or texted ~ he gave me a VERY fair price ~ I asked him for a timeline ….. and he showed up exactly when he said he would ~ he came to work on time (even a little early) and worked through the whole day ~ he was ALWAYS polite, professional, knowledgeable ~ very patient with my questions or concerns ~ he does beautiful work and his miters are tight as anything I’ve ever seen ~ he worked with me when trying to figure out ideas, instead of just doing whatever he wanted to get the job done ~ he brought help ~ he cleaned up EVERY day ~ the weather was crappy at times but still worked if he could I would definitely and highly recommend this young man’s work. And I know who to call now for my next project. Thank you Timothy L****** I know we still have a couple things left to do, but I absolutely love my porch so much. I almost wanna cry it makes me so happy.
