    I placed an order through Batana Baby for the first time. To my surprise, there was as error to my shipping address. Once I contacted Batana Baby, I was called a fraud and was told I am like other customers they have had in the past.

    I'm requesting a refund of ***** because I did not receive the item. I'm an elderly woman and the funds of ***** is very important to me. The September order #**** was not delivered to me.Per the **** tracking ******************************, the item was returned to the Batana Babe company. Batana Babe has not responded to emails nor telephone calls to reship the item. Batana Babe provided my credit card company with a fraudulent tracking shipping history to indicate the item was successfully delivered to me. I no longer want the item due to Batana Babe's actions (I don't trust the company). I request a full refund of *****

    I bought their heavily advertised product batana babe hair oil on 2/20/24 for 24.99$. First off , I have emailed over 10 times and not a single response. My package looks NOTHING as advertised. It is shown on the website in a glass jar with a label, smooth creamy substance. I received a solid rock of oil, in a greasy plastic unlabeled container. They replied once the day after i revived the item saying nothing was being labeled right now because of influx of orders which no where on the website do they tell you that. Once i requested a refund they just vanished. Ive left multiple bad reviews on the website too and you cannot even click and see any reviews of others. I simply dont trust the product i have bought and they do not care to reply to my multiple refund requests.
