    I had used Burgit Taxi for the last ten years.Approximately 7 or 8 weeks ago I called them because I had to go to the bank to get money out to shop. By the time I took the money out there wasn't enough to pay the taxi. They ran my card and it was declined as I found out later it wasn't activated correctly. We went back to the bank, I took out enough money to pay them, I gave her the money so she was paid. She meaning the driver was rude as was dispatch. Neither two of these clowns belong serving the public in any way shape or form. Today, I had to go to the bank get money out pay bills and go back home. My ATM card was not accepted because I didn't swipe it through I put it in the machine. I didn't have cash on me but I was more than willing to pay. Between the driver and the dispatch person, I was verbally abused ,treated like garbage and I said I would never use their company again. They said great we don't want it to. They were verbally abusive talking about me with in full earshot. The driver put her hands on the mic and let her dispatch here the entire ride, well the two of them did nothing but complain. I am a disabled nurse with supervisory experience. I would never have spoken nor have allowed my staff to speak to a patient that way without disciplinary action taken. Thank God for **** and Lyft where nobody treats their fares like they were something that they were trying to wipe off their shoes. I do not recommend them unless you enjoy abuse.Sincerely, *** **** R.N.
