  i have 1996  ********** *** *** from japan imported car paid mechanic at city tire & auto for anti freeze flush and valve cover gasket replacement and oil pan seal on 2/23/23 went and picked car up from shop on 2/27/23 mechanic said was done i live **** ***** **** *** scranton pa ***** 3 blocks down from shop got car home turned car off with electrical buzzzing sound i never heard take car back to the shop mechanic says he look at it had says has a hard time doing valve cover gasket but the car was tested no leaks besides oil pan he said when he disconnected the wires something needed to stay connected energized but that he disconnects all power when doing any engine work and that he will research how to fix the electrical buzzing i paid to have oil pan resealed on or around 2/27/23 sense i was waiting for him to fix the electrical issue he created.i picked up car mechanic ***** **** im not even sure its his actual name he wrote it purposely un readable told me it was done drove ten blocks from there shop cars smoking bad blown raditor and low coolant take car back to city tire auto mechanic tells me dont worry they fix it go to city auto monday 3/6/23 to see how the cars going im told by the mechanic ***** **** he will buy radiotor but wont install nor fix this electrical issue he created i have videos and proof my car had no electrical or coolant issues it had two oil leaks and i wanted a coolant flush now I'm waling away with electrical and blown radiator i never had have spoke to manger ******* ********* of city tire auto he keeps telling me call me back every day gives me actually times that he would call back figure this all out but has never called back there screening my calls I'm the bad guy because they messed my car up and refuse to rectify this situation but no call refuse to give me any info on employs or owner had to get names from police officers in Taylor pa went to speak with the mechanic that did the work ***** **** he says speak to the manager i say how when he wont call me back or give any info i said how would u feel if i messed ur car up outside and u tell me to call a manager he calls the cops saying i threatened his car when i was explaining how would u feel if someone did something to ur stuff and tells u call a manager than wont call the person back i had to get all the info from a police officer they refused to give any names or names of any one in charge if you have a legal issue and someone is violating my rights how can i file in civil court if company is refusing to give me names information on business this has been a on going issue since the work has been done the car is un drivable my car was mobile and working when dropped off at this shop had two oil leaks no coolant issue or electrical also have video proof of car with none of these issues dated and time stamped and after i received car back video proof of damage

  The mechanic work on the **********, the customer came in to the shop and told me that his car wouldn't start. I look at the car and told the customer that he need a starter 
  and there was bad wiring issue connected, the customer ordered a starter because it was a foreign car so I cont get it. One the starter 
  Come in I install the starter and fix the wiring issue the car turn over the customer pick up the car. A couple month later the customer came in to the shop and asked me if i could fix the oil leak that the car had. I say yes so he left the Car and i started working on the Car i Replace the valve Cover Seal and the oil pan Seal the Customer aske me if can i flush the antifreeze fluid so i did. one the work was done i turn the car on anything was working good one i turn the Car off the car was making a buzzing noise.  I look at the car and everthing I did was good i thing 
  wan i Disconnect the Car Battery it activate security 
  2 OR 3 Day later the Customer told me that the car was Overheating i Look that the Car and told the Customer that the Radiator was Crack.

  Why the issue didn't get Resolved with the Customer because the was Aggressive and was making threats.  I have to Call the ****** Police.
